"Great location with the Ploen Chit BTS Station is just right in front of the hotel, and just one stop away from Centralworld. The location is very convenient for getting around and accessing many places. The room is basic but comfortable and clean. The staff are also friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Overall, a great place to stay for its convenience and value. I would definitely come back again and recommend this hotel to others!"

"I came with 0 expectations due to the mixed reviews, and came out happily surprised. It has its pros and cons and depends on what you prioritize. I had booked a standard but they upgraded me to a deluxe, 2nd floor to the back so in general very quiet but I can see how there could be noise within the hotel/corridor when there are more people. It has black out curtains but I had to put a towel by the door for corridor light. It’s slightly shabby- wear and tear - but clean, with a nice amount of amenities such as water, glasses, toothbrush, small safe, small fridge, other toiletries, body wash… etc. Super friendly staff. Free coffee hot water microwave at lobby with seating area. Good WiFi in rooms. Small private bathroom but hot water with good pressure. Flat screen tv but I didn’t use it at all. Comfy bed but pillows quite spongy and large. Location is actually nice. Right after the Swiss Embassy, across from Mövenpick, around the corner there’s a fast food breakfast place, and a 7 min walk brings you to Central Embassy where in basement they have a nice supermarket, and some food stalls, and across the street a 7/11, plus PhloenChit BTS. Lots of others things around as well. But once in a while there’s a bit of a weird smell wafting around the reception elevator. If it’s for a couple of nights, central location (especially to some embassies, Bunrumgrad hospital, Lumphini park..) on budget then this is an optimal option."

The staff's service attitude is excellent, and both check-in and check-out were smooth. The location is convenient, and transportation nearby is also very accessible. "This is definitely the best hotel that I have stayed so far in Bangkok. From the moment we stepped into the hotel lobby, we already felt well welcomed. The staff members were really sincere and friendly. Checking in was a breeze. Everything was ready for us when we arrived. The room was excellent. It was in tip-top condition almost like a hotel just built only recently. Service staff were very responsive and efficient. There were some loud banging noise that we heard in our room. When we reported it, the staff came within 5 minutes to look into the problem and resolved it immediately. The team was already apologetic about it. Emily, the assistant manager also followed up with us the next day to apologise for the inconvenience and to make sure that we are feeling OK. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel and will definitely come back again."

"We are very grateful to the hotel staff for fulfilling all our special requests regarding the room! The room matched the description and photos – it had a bedroom, a living-dining area, and a kitchen. There was plenty of space to unpack and hang clothes. The kitchen was equipped with an electric stove, microwave, kettle, refrigerator, and washing machine. Washing machine powder in small packets was replenished daily. The mini-bar was free and also refilled. There were enough cooking utensils, tableware, and cutlery. Unfortunately, despite having a washing machine, there was nowhere to hang washed clothes; usually, there's a special line in the bathroom, but it was missing here. There was no iron in the room. The room was very clean, cleaned daily, and towels were changed. For some reason, when the bed was made, our folded pajamas were pulled out from under the pillows and left in piles on the bedside tables. After noticing this on the first day, we started removing our pajamas from the bed altogether – but we've never encountered this before. Instead of curtains, there were wooden blinds, which were a bit inconvenient to use – you had to go around and close each one – but they darkened the room well. We didn't hear our neighbors, but street noise and the train could sometimes be heard through the closed windows. There were air conditioners in every room. In the bedroom, it blew directly onto the bed, and could only be adjusted by temperature. The bathroom had all the necessary toiletries and a hairdryer. The bathroom itself was poorly designed – the bathtub had a very sharp outer corner that we constantly bumped our legs against. Also, there were significant issues with water pressure; it was impossible to use the shower and the sink faucet simultaneously, for instance. The shower in the shower cabin couldn't be adjusted for height or spray, and couldn't be held in hand – it was fixed firmly to the wall. It was clearly old, and the water flow was such that you had to stand right against the wall to wash. Given the poor water pressure, showering became an annoyance rather than a pleasure. There was also a shower in the bathtub that could be held, but you could only wash while sitting. Moreover, the water from it would flow onto the tiles along the wall and then directly onto the floor towards the door. The toilet flush was very slow; you had to hold the handle for a long time. The hotel staff at the reception and by the doors were very friendly, polite, and always ready to help. Free luggage storage was available. Computers and coffee were provided free of charge in the lobby. The swimming pool was very pleasant, but unfortunately, we couldn't use it – it was occupied by unsupervised children all day until evening, making noise and splashing, so relaxation was impossible. The only time they weren't there was early in the morning. Breakfast was a buffet with Asian and European cuisine. There was plenty of food and it was quite diverse, so a European guest would definitely find something to eat. However, there were problems with timely replenishment of consumed items. The cheese was not refilled at all, and every morning I had to scrape oatmeal from the bottom, and then the empty pot would just sit there. The breakfast area was small, and there were many guests. There wasn't a queue, but it was hard to find a comfortable table to avoid bumping elbows with neighbors. The hotel is located at the corner of the BTS line and Ploenchit station – which is very convenient, on one hand. On the other hand, we didn't find an elevator or escalator nearby, only stairs, making it difficult for someone with luggage or an elderly person to ascend. From the pedestrian SKY WALK on the BTS line, you can access Central Embassy mall, and from there, via an air-conditioned walkway, to the neighboring Central. Both have food courts and a large Tops supermarket. Overall, the impression was mixed. We booked the room at a discount, and for that price, the stay was satisfactory. However, this room usually sells for more, and it's definitely not worth that higher price. The main significant advantage of this hotel is its location – right next to the metro; everything else can be found better and cheaper in the same area."

"Pros: The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was good with a decent variety, including pho. The price was reasonable, around 750-800 for an adult and a child. It's about 1.5 km from Central World, which isn't really walking distance. Cons: The location isn't very close to the shopping centers. The pool is small and dirty, and the rooftop has no shade, so it's very hot. I didn't see anyone swimming there. We stayed for two days and gave up on the pool, which made our child quite bored. The air conditioning was too cold; even set to 28 degrees, it was still chilly. Turning it off made the room a bit stuffy."

"I would like to give a very special thank you to the entire team at Maison Hotel Bangkok, especially Mr. Faro and Mr. Beckham. On the early morning of 8 September 2026, I accidentally left my phone in a Grab car while returning to the hotel from a restaurant. The situation was especially difficult because the lost phone was the same phone I needed to contact Grab, so I had absolutely no way to reach the driver myself. When I returned to the hotel, it was already very late at night. Mr. Faro, the concierge, went far beyond what I expected. He spent hours helping me write emails, make phone calls, and try different ways to contact Grab’s headquarters. Even after 3 a.m., when there was still no progress, he told me that he would continue to monitor the case and brief his colleague taking over the morning shift so that they could continue following up. After getting almost no sleep, I went down to the lobby around 7 a.m. to check for any updates. There was still no news, but Mr. Beckham, the concierge taking over the shift, already knew the entire situation because Mr. Faro had briefed him. He immediately continued helping me and also took the time to record my lost-phone details again to make sure nothing was missed. Then, around 11 a.m., Grab finally contacted the hotel. The driver agreed to return my phone, and I was able to get it back that afternoon. Losing the phone itself was already stressful, but what worried me most was the important personal information stored inside it. The support from Mr. Faro and Mr. Beckham made a huge difference during a very stressful situation. They did not simply tell me to contact Grab myself — they genuinely took ownership of the problem and kept following up even though it was not their responsibility. I am truly grateful to both of them and to the entire Maison Hotel team for their kindness, patience and professionalism. This experience really showed me what excellent hospitality means. I will definitely choose Maison Hotel again the next time I visit Bangkok. Thank you so much, Mr. Faro and Mr. Beckham! You both made a very stressful situation much easier for me . 🙏"

"After an 11-hour long-haul flight, my family and our two young children arrived in Bangkok on an early morning flight, all of us feeling incredibly tired. Luckily, Jong, the receptionist, was a great help and arranged an early check-in for us ❤️. All the hotel staff, whether receptionists, waiters, or lobby attendants, were extremely friendly and eager to help. Truly a model five-star hotel! The breakfast selection was diverse, and they even served my favorite mango sticky rice every day. As soon as the staff saw that the mangoes were running low, they would immediately slice up fresh ones. There were also freshly squeezed juices made from three different fruits, Thai milk tea, and you could even order cappuccinos on the spot. The location was perfect – quiet yet lively. As soon as you stepped out of the hotel, you could see Big C, and just a bit further down, there were Michelin-starred Thai restaurants, several clean and hygienic massage parlors, and a large pharmacy. The BTS station was also just a few minutes away. Walking to Central World only took 20 minutes, or just one stop by BTS, making it convenient to go anywhere. It was very suitable for our family with young children. Most importantly, the soundproofing in the rooms was excellent, allowing us to sleep peacefully. The swimming pool was beautiful and clean, and they even offered ice water proactively. The gym facilities were new and clean, with multiple treadmills. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Bangkok."

"The high-floor room was pretty good, with nice views. However, it's a bit far from the subway station, about 400-500 meters. The doorman was very enthusiastic and professional; he could help call a tuk-tuk, taxi, or even arrange a private car right outside. If you don't eat at the ground floor restaurant, other eateries are a bit of a trek. Some of the receptionists weren't very proficient and lacked flexibility. We booked two rooms but were assigned to different floors. It took a long time to sort out, and only the manager could resolve it."
