This was overall good value. The bed was comfortable, and the climate control was good (very important in Bangkok), and the provided shampoos and lotion were nice. The internet was great. You have access to great restaurants and some goos shopping just 1-2 minutes from the front door of the hotel. You can get a taxi super quick, no problem. It's about 40 minutes from the airport, which is not bad if you want to be in the center of Bangkok. I'd say the only major area for improvement is the shower; the shower head in my room was not centered, so it was difficult to shower.

Outstanding Hotel Experience – Highly Recommended I had an exceptional stay at this hotel from start to finish. The staff were incredibly welcoming, professional, and always ready to assist with a smile. Check-in was smooth and efficient, which set a great tone for the entire visit. The room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully designed, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was especially comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep. Housekeeping did a fantastic job maintaining the room daily. The hotel facilities were top-notch, including a well-equipped gym and a relaxing pool area. The dining experience was equally impressive, with a wide variety of delicious options and excellent service. The location is perfect—conveniently close to key attractions, shopping areas, and transport links, making it easy to get around. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, quality, and outstanding service.

Check in and out was good, the room was nice and big bathroom but no smart tv so no YouTube 😩 beds where a bit too hard and no PowerPoints next to beds👎🏻 The buffet breakfast was below par, poor choice and poor quality way to many people it was so loud I couldn't hear myself think🤕 it was very uncomfortable, pool was ok but saunas where locked😞 Over all the hotel was very old and dated furniture from the 40s and not clean, don't think I'll stay here again.

What a beautiful hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly, and the room was generously spacious with some of the softest sheets I’ve ever experienced. 10/10, all day, every day. The gym and pool facilities were spectacular.  The rooftop bar and restaurant, Pastel, is an absolute must, spectacular views, excellent drinks, and great food to match. I couldn’t fault this hotel in any way and would definitely book again.

Spanking new hotel in a superb location just 300m to Nana BTS. Reasonable spread for breakfast with a few added tasty local dishes. Club privileges at the lounge were great with polite and attentive service staff. Will stay here again.

the hotel room and pool are great! the breakfast was very disappointing. while the location is amazing, if you are arriving by car the hotel is on a one-way street that is hard to access, so it takes an additional 5-10 minutes to get there.

Thanks to the hotel we had a great first experience in Bangkok. Location is great if you like to go out to. It is just a few minutes walk from Nana BTS station and 30 minutes from the airport BKK. The lobby is huge and our luggage was immediately taken on the trolly. At checkin we paid 2000Bath deposit but it was completely returned when we checked out. We had a spacious room 35m2 with a great bed/matrass and lovely pillows, corner with a table and couch, fridge a hairdryer shampoo, showergell, cotton buds, toothbrush+paste, showercap, thea, coffee and 2 bottles of water everyday. A bit outdated but all very neat and clean. The shower always had great pressure and hot water. Our beds and towels were cleaned every day and on our weddingday we even had flowers en swantowels on our bed. Also tv has severel internatinal channels and we had great internet during our whole stay. It has a pool to refresh yourself and a great gym. There is also a great boxing/muaythai gym where we took some private lessons from the headcoach(trainer of the year in Thailand) breakfast has a lot of choices too. On request you can choose different sorts of eggs. But there is also fried rice and noodles. Not to forget 7 eleven is just around the corner. Staff is really friendly and helpful. Definitely coming back when we visit Bangkok

Good hotel near all you need. Rooms are good. Bed very comfortable. Shower hot and waterpressure ok. The hotel has a swimmingpool and fitness room. Hotel is nearby the skytrain. Metro about 10 minutes walking. Nearby many restaurants, bars, clubs, malls. So a convinient location to stay. I sure come back.

The beds are comfortable but staying in a plastic capsule in a country where 30C degrees is common makes it incredibly stuffy to sleep in, even with the added fan. There was a weird stench in the hallway and bathroom, couldn’t figure out what it was. While a common room does exist, its on the 6th floor and easy to miss, since there’s no elevator access. For solo travellers on a budget and not looking to meet anyone in the hostel, its an “OK” place to stay.
