"Incredibly clean and close to markets, temples and 7/11. Super easy to catch a taxi/tuktuk. Perfect accommodation for those who are out for most of the day and just need a place to sleep, shower and keep your belongings. The room is very easy to cool down with the aircon. I totally forgot to ask about whether there was a fridge or not but I made it work. I would definitely recommend if travelling on a budget and I will be back."

"I really loved the separate living and sleeping areas, which offered excellent living and sleeping spaces. Although it was a bit small, the overall living experience was great, making it suitable for longer stays. The only downside was its distance from some tourist attractions, making it a bit inconvenient to hail a taxi. However, with good route planning, it shouldn't be an issue."

"Although it is an old hotel but everything function well. It is well maintained and clean. Bed is comfortable and it is just next to the Menam Chao Phraya River. There are many food stalls on the main road. It is definitely a worth it to stay."

"This is a beautiful hotel with great staff. Clean and fancy. Good pool and Riverview. The location is kind of isolated though. The balcony is unusable because the hot aircon is blowing on it."

"The price is very affordable. There's a guesthouse washing machine downstairs, so laundry is free, and the dryer costs 20 baht per use. The lady at the front desk is super nice and helpful with everything; she even exchanges coins if you don't have any and provided laundry detergent for just 20 baht when I didn't have any. The guesthouse offers free popsicles, about 6 different kinds, and you can eat as many as you like. There's also a fridge, a coffee machine, and free cereal. Plus, it's close to Khao San Road night market. The only downside is that there's no window, but for this price, it's an excellent guesthouse. Getting a private room for less than 100 baht, instead of having to squeeze into a crowded hostel, is amazing. If you're on a tight budget and planning a long stay, I'd definitely recommend this place."

"The hotel is located on university grounds. It's essentially a student dorm. But the conditions are quite acceptable for an overnight stay or a few days' stay. Overall, I liked the place. The grounds are quite picturesque, the receptionist is cheerful, and there's parking."

The atmosphere is lovely. Despite its central city location, stepping inside feels like a resort getaway. There are lush trees, and an outdoor swimming pool nestled between the buildings provides a cool and relaxing ambiance. The rooms are clean and meet good standards, with comfortable beds, cold air conditioning, and strong water pressure. Basic amenities are complete, including a TV, refrigerator, hairdryer, and complimentary 24-hour coffee/drinking water. Regarding parking: The access soi (alley) is quite narrow, making it difficult for cars to pass each other. Hotel parking is also very limited. It's recommended to use public transportation such as buses, taxis, or motorbike taxis for more convenience. One issue is the elevator in some buildings: Some hotel buildings do not have an elevator. If guests are assigned a room on an upper floor in these buildings, they might find themselves walking up stairs until their knees ache. For seniors or those with large luggage, it's advisable to request a building with an elevator. The breakfast line is quite compact (salad, cornflakes, rice, two main dishes, bread, ham, sausage, eggs). The options are a bit limited, but there are congee shops and street food vendors in some of the nearby sois where you can grab a bite."
