"Highly recommend this hotel! The spherical glass rooms are really unique, and when you open the curtains, you're greeted with a beautiful view. You can enjoy the stunning scenery right from your room while sipping tea. The hotel's underfloor heating is fantastic; it was so warm during the day that I could comfortably wear just a shirt when the weather was nice. The facilities are also very complete. Although the hot water is heated by an electric water heater, it heats up reasonably quickly, and the water temperature is excellent. Highly, highly recommend!"

"Although the hotel is not in the tourist center, it's only a three-to-five-minute drive away, which makes it nice and quiet. The hotel is also relatively new, and the room facilities are great – spacious, with a comfy sofa to relax on. Breakfast is plentiful, and both the restaurant and the rooms offer pretty good views. The hotel's coffee shop is worth a mention; you can enjoy afternoon tea, coffee, or a drink there. The staff (young lady) was very warm and attentive, and the food/drinks were excellent. We booked a package deal when reserving the hotel, and I was pleasantly surprised by the impressive afternoon tea that came with it – really good."

"LOL, why are all the hotels around Sayram Lake surrounded by construction sites?! (I guess it's understandable, given all the Intercontinental hotels moving in and building big time.) But still! Why does the Atour hotel's parking lot also look like a huge construction site? LOL, it's not a big deal though, I'm just too happy! Even though our room window faced a big construction site, I don't care; I wasn't there for a vacation, just a quick one-night stay. The hotel rooms aren't huge, but the lobby and restaurant are quite spacious. Since it's newly opened, all the facilities are brand new. Oh, and the little bar area (?) between the two beds is very practical, I really like that design! Plus, they gave a complimentary souvenir with the stay~ So cute! Sayram Lake is my treasure, our treasure."

The bedding is clean and comfortable. Attention to detail is superb: there's complimentary tea in the lobby, along with common medications. The rooms come with a large-capacity humidifier. The service is warm and friendly, and every staff member is professional and dedicated. Breakfast is plentiful, with a good selection of Western, Chinese, and fruit options. The in-house restaurant is also impressive; you can order stir-fries or hotpot without worrying about a bad choice. The 5th floor even has a large bar and offers complimentary afternoon tea daily, with fantastic floor-to-ceiling windows. Without hesitation, I extended my stay by another day. "Two organizations came to Xinjiang for a trip, and since we brought our dog, we booked a pet-friendly hotel. After comparing many options, we chose the Tianshanxiaer Hotel. 🏞️ Stunning Scenery: It's right across from Sayram Lake, and you can see the starry sky from your bed. 👩💼 Attentive Service: The staff were very enthusiastic and professional. They upgraded us to a star-gazing room, and the service was excellent. A staff member even helped us take our luggage to our room door. 🛏️ Room Facilities: The room was clean and elegant, the bedding was very comfortable, and it was equipped with LE LABO 33 toiletries. The room was spacious and had floor heating, which is very practical in a cold scenic area. 🍽️ Dining Experience: Shared with the adjacent YiFei Hotel, the food selection was very comprehensive, including noodle soup, small wontons, milk tea, dried fruits, bread, etc. The beef noodles and beef rice noodles were the best. You can sit by the window and enjoy breakfast while looking at Sayram Lake. 🐾 Pet Friendly: Very friendly to dogs. I highly recommend this hotel."

We checked in around 9 pm, and were starving and exhausted. The hotel cafeteria thoughtfully provided each of us with a bowl of hot noodle soup, which was incredibly heartwarming. They also thoughtfully provided fruit and nuts afterwards—the attention to detail was impeccable! Special praise goes to a handsome young man named Enke; he was enthusiastic, attentive, and had an excellent attitude! A must-give him a thumbs up! 👍

GGuest UserWe spent a day at Sayram Lake. It was truly beautiful, but also incredibly cold! The wind was incredibly strong, and I almost cried from the cold. Ladies, take my advice: down jackets are a lifesaver! Looking for a place to stay that night, we stumbled upon Blue Lake International and booked a duplex room with the intention of giving it a try. We were pleasantly surprised. We arrived late, but the front desk staff, far from being impatient, were incredibly helpful in settling us in. We were greeted with hot tea upon arrival, followed by Xinjiang-style dried fruits and yogurt, which instantly soothed us! Our loft was incredibly spacious, stylishly decorated, and most importantly, incredibly warm! After a day freezing outside, stepping into the room felt like stepping into a warm embrace, a feeling of total bliss. From the hot tea and local snacks to the room decor and warmth, you could tell the hotel truly cares about its guests. If you're visiting Sayram Lake, I highly recommend Blue Lake International. It was definitely the best surprise of our trip, and a warm end to a chilly day.

MM251492****The service was excellent. The front desk is available 24/7 and they were very thorough in explaining all the check-in procedures. They were really responsible and even called to confirm our arrival since we were late. On the day we checked in, it was very cold, and they even brought us brown sugar ginger tea. The floor heating was fantastic, so we weren't cold at all. The only minor downside was that the lighting in the 'starry sky' room was a bit dim.

The carpet in the small problem room is a bit... But Mira's parents and children came to apologize to us and sent a few more bottles of water. And I took a photo with her when I left. The room is very clean, the meal is very convenient, the environment is super warm and comfortable, the photo is very good~ the housekeeper is also good, the room is the same as the picture, the decoration style is simple and elegant, the facilities are beautifully arranged, there is a commercial street when you go out, and you sleep well all night. I will choose this hotel next time! Very satisfied, must be five stars!

GGuest UserIt was my first time staying in a space capsule, and the experience was fantastic. It was clean, roommates didn't bother each other, and the shared facilities were convenient. The sleep was quiet, and the sense of security was truly wonderful. The security guard was awesome, and the hostess was also very nice, helping with my luggage. The hostess also helped me get a ride-hailing card for the next day, so I could go out without a hitch. A friend even helped me take some stargazing photos in the parking lot. Everything was great! I sincerely hope your business prospers, and that you'll have a steady flow of customers.

GGuest UserIt is just a 1-minute drive from the ticket office at the entrance of the scenic spot, which is very convenient. The hotel is newly renovated. Although there are other hotels around that are under renovation, it does not affect our rest. The room was very clean and the bedding was very comfortable. We were four girls and lived in a triple room which was very spacious and one bed was enough for two people. Very cost-effective. The boss was very welcoming. He helped us with our luggage and gave us many instructions. He even invited us to have dinner as we arrived too late. Unfortunately, we didn't have the chance to enjoy it because we went to take pictures of the sunset. If you are driving, please navigate to the People’s Hospital which is closer to his home! We put our luggage on the bed before taking the photo, so please take a look at the photos.

We had a small incident where our car got stuck in the snow, but the hotel immediately arranged for a tow truck and staff to come to our aid, and it was resolved very quickly. This really is a hotel with excellent service. Our room was even upgraded, and it was located right next to the restaurant and coffee shop, which was incredibly convenient for winter when you can't bear to walk an extra step. A fantastic experience overall.

I felt that I had chosen the right place when I checked in, but I would never stay there again after I stayed there! Hotels should still be people-oriented. There are many inconveniences when staying there. You can only hang 3 or 4 pieces of clothes. There is no place to dry clothes after washing. The hot water is not hot. The drain is higher than the door. The water is stored and flows to the toilet area next to it. There is no place to put any bags or suitcases. They can only be thrown on the ground. There is only one chair in the double room. Alas, if the designer himself lives there, he will probably complain about himself!

The dinner is delicious, and the waiters are very particular about serving the dishes. The dishes are covered with covers on the way to the table. As for the room, it is just for sleeping. There is a viewing terrace, but you can't see the lake view. You can only see the greenery and buildings in front of your door. The toilet is a little poorly ventilated. I don't know what the other nearby hotels are like. You can't ask for too much near the scenic spot.

GGuest UserTraveling with good sisters, the hotel is located near the Saihu Visitor Center. It may be a bit rushed to open. The hotel health is still a bit lacking, but the service is really good. Especially the two young ladies at the front desk, they make up for some of my dissatisfaction with the hotel health, very enthusiastic, I also sent fruit and a lot of candy, and the people are beautiful and gentle. I like it! Then I hope that some details of hygiene can be improved, especially such a beautiful exterior, the exterior wall glass is gray ～ I will stay next time.
