"Sayram Lake, no regrets staying here! We stayed at their new branch, and the room was spotless. The front desk ladies were all incredibly kind and gentle. I piled up on vegetables at breakfast because I'd been eating meat for days and felt like I was going to get an upset stomach! The yogurt at breakfast was also excellent, and you can even get free coffee to go, as they provide takeout cups. You can also access the rooftop. We missed the sunrise, but I managed to snap some pictures of the pink sky from up there.
They gave us a welcome gift when we checked in and another souvenir when we checked out from the new branch. The front desk staff noticed it was our birthday and brought up a huge bowl of longevity noodles for us in the evening. Traveling in Xinjiang during the off-season is the best – no traffic jams, affordable accommodation, cheap car rentals, and absolutely stunning scenery!
I'll definitely be back!"

A sunken art square is specially built in the courtyard to shield visitors from the winds of Sayram Lake. The commercial area focuses on experiential and interactive businesses including featured catering, cultural and creative products, coffee shops and travel photography services. It is the only leisure and entertainment space in Sayram Lake where nighttime and outdoor activities can be held.
"Thank you very much for the meticulous care and answering of Xiaoyan, the front desk and housekeeper, from the beginning of the stay. In addition, the variety of small fruit plates presented also surprised me.
The hotel is in the new opening stage, and some facilities are still not perfect. It is understandable that the biggest feature of Tamah safari compared to the surrounding hotels should be enough local characteristics. It is a very novel experience for me who is used to various chain brands. And the staff did do a very good job in user care. During the period, they need to go back and forth to the Saihu Visitor Center, and they can also contact in advance to have a business car arrangement. The overall sanitary conditions are basically in line with the hotel price positioning. The toiletries used are also lelabo. I like the teak aroma that is also in line with the overall style of the hotel. The toothpaste is also of excellent quality, soft and transparent, and the smell is gentle. It is rare to not use your own toothpaste in the hotel. The hair dryer is Suifen.
The location of the hotel is really unique in the hotel near Saihu. The curtains are the panoramic view of Saihu. Unfortunately, the weather is not satisfactory. I asked Xiaoyan about the future prospects of the hotel here, equestrian, bonfire party and other activities are also very much looking forward to. If you have the opportunity, you will wait for the Tamah Haer Hotel cluster facilities to be more complete and then seriously experience other room types."

"Choosing Tianquan Hotel was a pleasant surprise! I was a little apprehensive before booking, as some people said it was a bit far, but after checking it out myself, it's not far at all—just a five-minute drive to the visitor center. You can watch the sunrise and sunset, and I even saw a wild fox outside the hotel! During the day, you can also see Sayram Lake from your room. The room was quiet and comfortable, and the buffet breakfast had a wide variety of delicious options. There aren't many restaurants nearby, so you need to drive five minutes to the town, but you need to call ahead to reserve dinner at the hotel; the food is excellent and great value. The receptionists were very friendly and helpful, even carrying our luggage to our room. Highly recommended!"

We decided to try out this luxury glamping hotel with our kids, and I initially worried the process might be complicated. However, from the moment we stepped into the lobby, the thoughtful service from the front desk staff immediately put us at ease.
During check-in, the front desk team not only patiently explained the hotel facilities and suggested nearby attractions but also thoughtfully prepared a small plush toy for our child. They even remembered our casual request for a quiet room and went out of their way to assign us a room with an absolutely stunning view. Their constant smiles, professional demeanor, and genuine warmth instantly melted away any travel fatigue we had from being on the road with kids.
Stepping into the room was an even greater surprise! It was spacious, bright, and incredibly well-designed, feeling anything but cramped. The attention to detail was impeccable: not only was the bedding wonderfully soft and comfortable, but they even provided a thoughtful step stool at the bathroom vanity for kids. Outside the window, the view was nothing but lush, natural scenery – offering beautiful mountain views by day and breathtaking sunsets in the evening. Our child loved watching birds right from the window, truly embodying that 'sleeping amidst nature' luxury experience. The room's cleanliness was also beyond reproach; every corner was spotless, so we had no concerns about our child touching any dust.
Both the personalized and attentive service from the front desk and the exceptional quality and design of the room far surpassed our expectations. This is undoubtedly a hidden gem for family getaways, and we're already eagerly anticipating our next visit!"

環境：酒店裝修很棒，房間燈有亮的有温馨的，設施都是全自動，最重要的是床頭兩邊都有插孔，以及usb插口，設計師是懂旅遊人的需求的，很贊
服務：訂房後就有服務人員聯繫並且發定位，有問題回覆的很快，酒店門口對面就有早餐店豆漿油條很好吃。

The carpet in the small problem room is a bit... But Mira's parents and children came to apologize to us and sent a few more bottles of water. And I took a photo with her when I left. The room is very clean, the meal is very convenient, the environment is super warm and comfortable, the photo is very good~ the housekeeper is also good, the room is the same as the picture, the decoration style is simple and elegant, the facilities are beautifully arranged, there is a commercial street when you go out, and you sleep well all night. GGuest UserIt is just a 1-minute drive from the ticket office at the entrance of the scenic spot, which is very convenient. The hotel is newly renovated. Although there are other hotels around that are under renovation, it does not affect our rest. The room was very clean and the bedding was very comfortable. We were four girls and lived in a triple room which was very spacious and one bed was enough for two people. Very cost-effective. The boss was very welcoming. He helped us with our luggage and gave us many instructions. He even invited us to have dinner as we arrived too late. Unfortunately, we didn't have the chance to enjoy it because we went to take pictures of the sunset. If you are driving, please navigate to the People’s Hospital which is closer to his home! We put our luggage on the bed before taking the photo, so please take a look at the photos.

The young man at the front desk helped me open a blind box and turned it into a lakeside cabin, and even provided breakfast. To make matters worse, the weather was perfect – I got to see both the stars and the sunrise! Thank you ❤️ (The sunrise was on the mountain to the left of the hotel). The room had heating, air conditioning, and a humidifier, making it perfect for autumn and winter. The breakfast was a very generous Chinese-style meal! After breakfast, you can go hiking in the pine forest.

Hotels should still be people-oriented. There are many inconveniences when staying there. You can only hang 3 or 4 pieces of clothes. There is no place to dry clothes after washing. The hot water is not hot. The drain is higher than the door. The water is stored and flows to the toilet area next to it. There is no place to put any bags or suitcases. They can only be thrown on the ground. There is only one chair in the double room. Alas, if the designer himself lives there, he will probably complain about himself!

The dinner is delicious, and the waiters are very particular about serving the dishes. The dishes are covered with covers on the way to the table. As for the room, it is just for sleeping. There is a viewing terrace, but you can't see the lake view. You can only see the greenery and buildings in front of your door. The toilet is a little poorly ventilated. I don't know what the other nearby hotels are like. You can't ask for too much near the scenic spot.
