"I especially love Atour's bedding ā you're guaranteed a good night's sleep. I also really like the decor style at this particular Saihu branch. The breakfast spread is extensive, and you can even enjoy the pink-hued sky over Saihu Lake right from the breakfast window. The service is excellent and very professional. Plus, the body lotion from the complimentary souvenir was incredibly good. It was a fantastic experience at Saihu Lake."

"No one told me the Guanshan family room was this good! We arrived at night and when I opened the curtains the next morning, I was stunned. You can lie in bed and watch the pink hues of the 'sun-kissed golden mountains.' My kid just rolled out the door to play in the snow. The entire camp is surrounded by snow-capped mountains, perfect for a morning photo op! I highly recommend the space capsule rooms; the Planet Comfort rooms aren't as good. Breakfast caters to inland tastes."

The hotel service was excellent; the gentleman at the entrance saw I had a lot of luggage and proactively helped me with it. After checking in, a kind lady also assisted with taking my luggage to the room and proactively explained the hotel services. They even thoughtfully provided hot mineral water in the elevator area, which was a nice touch. It's a fantastic hotel!"

"Staying here in winter offers great value for money! Xiao Xie and Dili provided excellent service, even upgrading my room and providing afternoon tea. The breakfast selection was decent, and the room itself was fine. I'd requested a room with a view, and while I didn't notice it upon check-in at night, I could see the snow-capped mountains š and the lake during the day. The Xinjiang biscuits served with afternoon tea were delicious, though the portion size was a bit small."

Fortunately, I met Jiang Jiang, the super warm front desk, patient and attentive throughout the whole process, always helping to take care of the children, calming emotions, and being very intimate after busy, instantly making us feel a full sense of security in the strange plateau. The next day, I also specially prepared a nutritious and rich breakfast for the children. The category is rich, clean and delicious. It is full of care. It is really touched! The hotel has a comfortable environment and the service far exceeds expectations, especially Jiangjiang's intimate care. It is the warmest memory of this trip to Xinjiang. "We arrived in Bole City around 3 AM, and the front desk staff were still waiting for us, providing excellent service and accommodating all our requests. They even provided WeChat contact and a check-in guide. There were six bottles of water for the three of us in the room. The room had an additional electric heater, and the bathroom had a smart toilet and a heater, so showering wasn't cold. While the breakfast selection wasn't extensive, it was still quite refined. It was the first time I'd seen a hotel manager help toast bread to perfection, and they even brought out fresh jam when breakfast was almost over. It was one of the most unexpected and best hotel experiences I had during my trip to Xinjiang. (The picture shows the view from the window.)"

"The experience of staying at this hotel truly exceeded my expectations! When we arrived at the hotel, we were at an impasse with a driver over a ridiculously high price for a private taxi. Hotel staff noticed this and proactively came out to help us with our luggage. After understanding the situation, they not only told us the local market price but also offered helpful advice and even accompanied us to call the police. Ultimately, this resolved the issue safely and amicably for us, who were feeling helpless in a foreign land. We avoided being scammed out of 2400 yuan for a private car! With the police's mediation, we only ended up paying for the airport pick-up and lake tour for that day!
Even more thoughtfully, the staff, knowing we were struggling with transportation, offered to lend us their private vehicle for the lake tour and helped us find shared rides to Yining Airport, making our entire trip incredibly hassle-free and allowing us to enjoy the journey at a low cost.
Speaking of the hotel's scenery, around 2 or 3 a.m., the night sky after the snowstorm was breathtaking. The countless stars shone like scattered diamonds, and taking photos felt like being immersed in a sea of āāstars. I still remember the awe and emotion I felt. Leaving at noon the next day was truly bittersweet. We took one last photo near the campsite with the beautiful scenery of Sayram Lake as a memento. This hotel added so many warm memories to this trip!"

The lake view room is perfect! ! ! It doesn't matter if you can't book a lake view room. There is a 360-degree viewing platform on the 7th floor of the hotel, you can directly see Sailimu Lake. The view of the lake view room of the Intercity Hotel Sailimu Lake is guaranteed to be amazing at a glance, and all the waiters are very good, warm and thoughtful, watching us with two children, and also upgraded the family parent-child room for us, full of details. The lake view of the room is beautiful, you can see the sunrise of the powder! (See picture) The beautiful view of Lake Sailimu, taking pictures beyond the film, (all photos were taken in the hotel). The breakfast is rich and delicious, Xinjiang special roast buns are all kinds, lunch and supper snacks are also delicious, basically satisfying our Guangdong stomach, the hotel's health, environment and facilities are impeccable, and there are many washing machines in the laundry room. There is no need to queue at all. There is a washing machine at any time for two days. You can wash when you go. There are also gifts for the children, gifts with Xinjiang characteristics (not taken after eating), refrigerator stickers, handmade soap, handmade sachets, and postcards from Sailimu Lake. Loved love, the experience is full!

GGuest UserI dragged the box into the room in the middle of the night. I thought I would make do for one night. I didn't expect to open the door. The room was much more spacious than expected, and it was very clean. I felt comfortable on the floor. The floor heating has been on for a long time, warm, unlike some hotels, you have to wrap your coats and wait for a long time to heat up. The curtains are closed, the lights are soft, and the whole atmosphere is suddenly picked up. To be honest, I was too tired to sit in the car for a day, but I stepped into the room for a few minutes and felt loose. The bathroom is also refreshing, the hot water comes quickly, and I drill into the soft quilt after taking a shower. It really feels like āhome.ā I am very grateful to live in such a comfortable room at this point. Thank you for your hard preparation.

It is very close to the East Gate. It is super convenient to travel, circle the lake, watch the sunrise, shoot blue ice, and watch the starry sky. You donāt have to get up early to catch the road, you donāt have to go around the traffic jam. Going out, you can feel the beautiful scenery of Sailimu Lake, and are especially friendly to self-driving, parents, couples, and photography enthusiasts. The surrounding facilities of the hotel are also very complete. Restaurants, supermarkets, and commercial streets are all available. It is very convenient to eat and supply. It is lively and not noisy. The convenience of life is full. It is really worry-free to live in such a good hotel in the scenic area.

GGuest UserWe spent a day at Sayram Lake. It was truly beautiful, but also incredibly cold! The wind was incredibly strong, and I almost cried from the cold. Ladies, take my advice: down jackets are a lifesaver! Looking for a place to stay that night, we stumbled upon Blue Lake International and booked a duplex room with the intention of giving it a try. We were pleasantly surprised. We arrived late, but the front desk staff, far from being impatient, were incredibly helpful in settling us in. We were greeted with hot tea upon arrival, followed by Xinjiang-style dried fruits and yogurt, which instantly soothed us! Our loft was incredibly spacious, stylishly decorated, and most importantly, incredibly warm! After a day freezing outside, stepping into the room felt like stepping into a warm embrace, a feeling of total bliss. From the hot tea and local snacks to the room decor and warmth, you could tell the hotel truly cares about its guests. If you're visiting Sayram Lake, I highly recommend Blue Lake International. It was definitely the best surprise of our trip, and a warm end to a chilly day.

The carpet in the small problem room is a bit... But Mira's parents and children came to apologize to us and sent a few more bottles of water. And I took a photo with her when I left. The room is very clean, the meal is very convenient, the environment is super warm and comfortable, the photo is very good~ the housekeeper is also good, the room is the same as the picture, the decoration style is simple and elegant, the facilities are beautifully arranged, there is a commercial street when you go out, and you sleep well all night. I will choose this hotel next time!

GGuest UserIt is just a 1-minute drive from the ticket office at the entrance of the scenic spot, which is very convenient. The hotel is newly renovated. Although there are other hotels around that are under renovation, it does not affect our rest. The room was very clean and the bedding was very comfortable. We were four girls and lived in a triple room which was very spacious and one bed was enough for two people. Very cost-effective. The boss was very welcoming. He helped us with our luggage and gave us many instructions. He even invited us to have dinner as we arrived too late. Unfortunately, we didn't have the chance to enjoy it because we went to take pictures of the sunset. If you are driving, please navigate to the Peopleās Hospital which is closer to his home! We put our luggage on the bed before taking the photo, so please take a look at the photos.

The young man at the front desk helped me open a blind box and turned it into a lakeside cabin, and even provided breakfast. To make matters worse, the weather was perfect ā I got to see both the stars and the sunrise! Thank you ā¤ļø (The sunrise was on the mountain to the left of the hotel). The room had heating, air conditioning, and a humidifier, making it perfect for autumn and winter. The breakfast was a very generous Chinese-style meal! After breakfast, you can go hiking in the pine forest.

Hotels should still be people-oriented. There are many inconveniences when staying there. You can only hang 3 or 4 pieces of clothes. There is no place to dry clothes after washing. The hot water is not hot. The drain is higher than the door. The water is stored and flows to the toilet area next to it. There is no place to put any bags or suitcases. They can only be thrown on the ground. There is only one chair in the double room. Alas, if the designer himself lives there, he will probably complain about himself!

The dinner is delicious, and the waiters are very particular about serving the dishes. The dishes are covered with covers on the way to the table. As for the room, it is just for sleeping. There is a viewing terrace, but you can't see the lake view. You can only see the greenery and buildings in front of your door. The toilet is a little poorly ventilated. I don't know what the other nearby hotels are like. You can't ask for too much near the scenic spot.
