"I was very satisfied. Xiao Sha and Dili at the front desk were very enthusiastic and explained everything in great detail. They also quickly delivered an extra blanket when I requested it. The room had a great view and the facilities were quite new. The bathroom did have a slight odor, but it's sealed so it didn't really bother me. The water heater provided enough hot water for about 15 minutes, which I found sufficient. The breakfast was delicious; I recommend the scrambled eggs with tomatoes and the braised lamb with radish."

The bedding is clean and comfortable. Attention to detail is superb: there's complimentary tea in the lobby, along with common medications. The rooms come with a large-capacity humidifier. The service is warm and friendly, and every staff member is professional and dedicated. Breakfast is plentiful, with a good selection of Western, Chinese, and fruit options. The in-house restaurant is also impressive; you can order stir-fries or hotpot without worrying about a bad choice. The 5th floor even has a large bar and offers complimentary afternoon tea daily, with fantastic floor-to-ceiling windows. Without hesitation, I extended my stay by another day. I'd definitely come back if I have the chance!"
