"Facilities: The facilities are very basic, typical of a budget hotel. However, some items are quite old, especially the towels provided by the hotel, which are fraying everywhere. Service: I thought the service itself was decent until I encountered an issue with the air conditioning screen – it was unresponsive and I couldn't turn it on. The room was freezing, only 18 degrees Celsius, and drafty. When I went down to the front desk, the staff seemed reluctant to change my room, which I didn't even mention. What's worse, they lied to me, saying the central air conditioning was broken and that there was no heating in the entire building, telling me to just wear more clothes and endure the cold night. This is absolutely outrageous; in all the hotels I've stayed in, I've never experienced such service."

"1. **Location**: This hotel is situated at the very end of Haeundae's main street, right by the sea. While it's a bit of a walk from Haeundae Station, the main street is so well-maintained that pulling a suitcase isn't a problem. It's also a convenient walk to Mipo Port, making it an optimal location for enjoying Haeundae's commercial district and the beach. Being right by the sea means you can enjoy an ocean view from your bed, but it also means you're close to the coastal road, so you should be prepared for some car horn noise. 2. **Facilities**: Overall, as a new building, it's clean and excellent. There's ample storage space, enough room to open a suitcase and still move around, and even space for a two-person round dining table, making it spacious and comfortable. The large TV screen provides an immersive experience for watching Netflix. The bathroom is also spacious and pleasant. However, there are no openable windows for ventilation, though the bathroom fan quickly eliminates any odors. Perhaps due to the lack of ventilation when using the heating/cooling, it gets very dry; turning the provided humidifier to maximum and placing it on the bedside table helps a bit. While the large windows offer a great view, direct sunlight can make the area near the windows quite hot during sunny hours. The fully automatic curtains are very convenient, but it's a minor drawback that they can't be partially closed. Soundproofing material on the door minimizes indoor noise, but you can still hear dogs barking in the hallway. Given it's a pet-friendly accommodation, this is something to consider. The self-service lockers for luggage storage are a nice touch, but space is limited, and they can only be used until 11 AM on check-out day. If you need to store luggage after check-out, you'll likely need to use lockers at the subway station. 3. **Services**: The amenities are well-stocked, including shampoo, body wash, conditioner, bathrobes, and even three bottles of water for two people. If anything runs out, you can easily get more from the self-service zone, which is great. The presence of a coffee machine and ice maker is also a plus, allowing for a leisurely coffee break with an ocean view in the morning. 4. **Overall**: Generally clean and comfortable, this is a place I'd love to revisit. Thanks to this stay, I had a delightful New Year's trip! :)"

"The hotel is very new and clean, with an excellent location. The self-check-in was great, avoiding interaction with front desk staff, which was a plus. Downstairs, there are plenty of food options, including snacks and a convenience store, all very handy. This is a hotel I'd definitely want to stay at again."

"Lovely, comfortable room with lots of space to relax in. I wasn't looking on to the beach, more to one side but in the mornings I could hear the waves so that was nice. It is right at the end of the beach so you are within walking distance of loads of restaurants, cafes and convience stores. It was so nice that i wasn't comfortable walking around on the beach in case I tracked sand back into the hotel! They made the check in and check out process easy."

"Close to the subway station, and you can even walk from Busan Station. There are so many restaurants nearby, which is super convenient. There's also a whole street of beauty shops, and BIFF Square is really close too. It's really, really great! Plus, the hotel has sea views, which is a big bonus."

"It was a place where I could comfortable stay with my dog. So I wasn’t too fussed. The bathroom was lovely and big. There was a TV for entertainment. A hair dryer which I used well. Different switches to turn on and off the lights. The view from my room wasn’t ideal but I didn’t spend much time looking outside the window. My dog had a stair step to use in order to get to me on the bed which was convenient. And it was relatively quiet because of the two large doors that blocked me from the sounds outside which was also lovely. Of course it would be nice if there wasn’t a feint smell of dog but it’s a dog hotel, it’s to be expected. The air conditioning worked well, and the room would warm up and cool down accordingly."

If you're planning a trip here, I highly recommend staying at this hotel; it offers excellent value for money. I will definitely choose to stay here again next time I have the opportunity!"

"Sunset Hotel is a nice and comfortable hotel. The price is very reasonable, and the service is good. The location is excellent — right in the heart of Haeundae. There are many restaurants and eateries downstairs, and the Haeundae Night Market is just nearby, making everything very convenient. The beach is right next to the hotel, only a 5-minute walk away. The room was spacious and clean, and it even had a bathtub. My children loved it and wanted to play in the water every day. The staff were very kind and thoughtful. They helped us book a late-night taxi for our return journey. I was short of 2,000 Korean won, and one staff member kindly paid it for me. I am truly grateful. "It's been a long time since I took my mother-in-law and my family rushed to Gwangalli to find a place. While my family was looking for a property adjacent to the beach, I had a yellow light house, so I stayed for a day. As soon as the reservation was confirmed, it was easy to use because the boss gave us various information, such as Katok, the surrounding restaurants, places to go, etc. However, there was no separate parking lot in the hostel, so there was a little inconvenience to use the surrounding public parking lot, but the moment I entered the hostel, that regret was clean. I booked a room with two queen beds, but in addition to the room, only the family who booked the living room and other facilities in the hostel for the day could use it. Thanks to you, I saw it in the room I was able to play late at night in the living room. ㅎㅎ And there's a Milakder Market around, and Gwangalli Beach, so it was nice to play at night or take a walk in the morning. First of all, the best thing was that the boss was so kind, especially when I was in a hurry to clean up the hostel and remembered that my 5th daughter left a tablet pen.
