The soundproofing in the rooms is fantastic; once you close the door, you're completely isolated from the outside hustle and bustle. The interior design style is perfectly to my taste, the furniture is neatly arranged, and the cleanliness is exceptionally thorough – not a speck of dust even in the corners. The view from the window is also lovely, with an expansive vista that really brightens your mood in the morning. The hotel's public areas are also very tidy; the elevators and stairwells are spotless. Overall, the experience was superb, and I highly recommend it to everyone!"

"Huge thanks to the hotel for their incredibly attentive service during our stay, especially for going above and beyond for my child's birthday. They were always responsive and met our every request promptly. Although the hotel has been open for less than a year, and the breakfast service can feel a bit overwhelmed when it's busy, everything takes time to perfect, and you can really see how much effort everyone is putting in. On our last day, our return flight was delayed repeatedly, and the entire hotel staff was incredibly understanding and accommodating, allowing us to check out for free at 10 PM! You read that right, 10 PM! From noon until late evening, they essentially covered the cost of our airline's mistakes, and more importantly, ensured my family was as comfortable and rested as possible during that long, unreliable wait. Thank you again! ❤️ A special shout-out to the chicken porridge and scallion pancakes at breakfast – they were amazing!"

I went back to the room a little later, about ten o'clock, and then took a bath. I encountered water cold, waited for a long time, and then I was still cold. Because of the late night, I had changed my clothes and called the repairman. It was inconvenient, but I had no choice but to bite my teeth and take a cold bath... "I am very pleased with my recent stay in PullMan Zhoushan Seaside from 3-7 April 2026. The check in was fuss free and the overall experience was fantastic. The staff are all very friendly and helpful and didn’t show a single bit of impatient. The housekeeper lady was very very helpful and even she knows I didn’t want to have my room cleaned, she still offer to give me my shortage of amenities eg water, toilet roll and etc. the hotel even have a shuttle service to the ferry terminal and leave the hotel right on time, the driver - however was not very patient and throughout the whole journey to the ferry, he was horning non stop and drove the shuttle bus like as if he’s driving a F1. Regardless, I had a very pleasant and super experience staying here and will not hesitate for anyone to stay in this hotel if visiting Zhoushan. Thank you to all staff for their friendly service, this actually warmth and helped travelers like me, rest and stay in peace and happiness."

"A group of four of us traveled from Shenzhen to Zhoushan Putuo for the Putuo Yueye Trail DongHai—a highly anticipated UTMB World Series event. The race lasted two days, and we booked two double rooms, arriving at the VOCO Hotel around noon on March 13th. The moment we stepped into the hotel, our spirits lifted instantly. The hotel is brand new, with a simple yet tasteful design, and it’s located right by the sea. The expansive ocean view from our room window truly exceeded our expectations. Check-in was handled by the front desk staff, who were incredibly patient and friendly, making us feel very welcome. Over the next two days, we also dined at the hotel restaurant and had a great experience. The rooms were clean and perfectly arranged, offering both comfort and quality. However, what truly touched us was the heartwarming gesture on the last day. The race finished at 3:00 PM on March 15th, which was more than two hours past the original check-out time. We were a bit hesitant, but we decided to ask the front desk if they could be flexible for race participants. A front desk staff member named Bambi, after understanding our situation, enthusiastically helped us secure a late check-out until 4:00 PM. That moment was truly moving. After the race, being able to take a hot shower made us feel instantly 'fully recharged,' ready to embark on the next leg of our journey with renewed energy. This kind of thoughtfulness and proactive problem-solving truly made us feel special. VOCO Hotel not only boasts impressive facilities but also memorable service. Personally, for this price, getting a five-star experience felt like a steal! Zhoushan is a beautiful city, and it happened to rain on my second day, offering a completely different, unforgettable experience. If it hadn't been Qingming Festival, I would have loved to stay longer. This is also the first time I've seriously written a review; I really want to share this with anyone who needs it. Exploring the surrounding area was super convenient. It took just over 10 minutes to get to Shenjiamen, I browsed the Donghe Market, and was back before 10 AM.
