"Very nice stay. Service was excellent. The room was clean and the amenities were complete. Breakfast could be improved though. There were not much choices and the daily spread had little variety if you stay miltiple nights."

"Service was terrible, felt like people were avoiding me, restaurant was decent with decent food but you have to signal to get the menu, make the order. I waited solid 50minutes to get my food and a corona (drink came after food). Appetizer and main course came at the same time. Facilites were nice, pool was good with a decent sofa or seating to relax. Unfortunately while I stayed there there was a lot of rain and wind (stayed for 4 nights) and electricity went out many times everyday, which turned off the wifi and the ac, at night lights were flickering because of the electricity issues. Sandbar was also closed everyday during my stay and the beach was not that great. I payed way too much for what I received and I will not recommend this place for anyone."

"Stayed three nights, it’s a nice hotel with potential. Service varied between the workers but the majority of the workers were pleasant. Used the pool/bar area on our first night there but didn’t return there again as it wasn’t very organised with not enough towels for people swimming. Ended up having to go back to the room dripping wet which seemed fine for the staff at the pool and bar but introduced some hazards with wet slippery tiles in the hallways and hotel lifts. I think the hotel is a little under resourced with the essential items to have a completely comfortable experience. The location though is second to none with being next door to a large Robinsons shopping centre, Starbucks, and other great eating establishments."

"We recently stayed at this resort hotel and overall had a pleasant experience. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, and the amenities—from the pool to the common areas—were impressive and well-maintained. However, we were quite disappointed to return to our room after housekeeping had been in, only to find the door left open. This raised serious concerns about security and left us feeling uneasy. Thankfully, nothing was missing, but it’s something management should seriously look into. Also, while the breakfast buffet was decent, the variety was limited. For a resort of this caliber, we expected more options to choose from. In summary, it’s a nice place with great staff and facilities, but there’s definitely room for improvement when it comes to security and food offerings."

"Went here for a quick getaway with colleagues. We really enjoyed our stay here. So relaxing the view is great and the place is clean and quiet away from the busy city. Only con is that public transportation is not available. You can ask for the hotel reception to contact a van though or better yet avail their free shuttle. Highly recommended!"

It was spacious, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we could possibly need. The cleanliness and attention to detail were top-notch, and it truly felt like a luxury escape. 7. Incredible Amenities: The resort offers so many fantastic amenities! We had the choice of three swimming pools, including a stunning infinity pool that overlooks the gorgeous views. The water park was a big hit with our son, who had an absolute blast. There’s also a massage center, which was wonderfully relaxing, and a lovely canopy area for tour inquiries and bookings. Whether you’re into golf, relaxing by the beach, or enjoying a delicious dinner by the water, there’s something for everyone here. 8. Dinner with Fire Dance: Dining at the resort’s beachfront restaurant was a magical experience. Not only did we enjoy fantastic meals, but we were also treated to a mesmerizing fire dance performance as we dined. It added such a special touch to the evening. 9. Fantastic Staff: Throughout our stay, the staff went out of their way to make our experience enjoyable. Kent, Arvin, and Susan, especially, were always so humble, kind, and smiling, even when we had late-night requests for dinner or drinks. Their hospitality truly made us feel like family. 10. Overall Experience: We couldn’t have asked for a better vacation. The resort’s incredible service, beautiful facilities, and welcoming staff made this one of the best trips we’ve ever had. "First of all i would like to say thank you to all the staff in Carpe diem especially to Donald! ;) the guy at the reception i really appreciate the helpfulness, and also the treatment he gave us it was a delightful experienced i worked in a service industry too and this is really important to have those excellent service in order to sustain the business, whoever is the owner of this hotel please do appreciate the hard-work of Donald im really glad of what he did for us during our stay, the staff are well trained, and overall the room is huge, and clean the amenities are great:) Thank you Carpe diem! "Great stay in Puerto Princesa! We enjoyed the hotel, the swiming pool and the live music. The breakfast was good and the staff was nice."

"I stayed in H Hotel for few nights I must say we didn't expect much from this hotel but we were really impressed! The location is superb. It's just few minutes walk from the coast where the island tours depart. Also near the shops and restaurants which made things very convenient. The hotel is quite modern. They have dyson for blowdry and smeg kettle in the room. The bed is very comfortable I had a good sleep every night. We had the perfect view (sea-view room) from the room plus they have the best instant coffee in the rooms. There's no hotel that can offer that good coffee which is exclusively produced for H Hotel. The restaurant upstairs had an amazing view of the sea. The ambiance is so chill and the foods tasted amazing. We had few drinks too. Everything we had tasted absolutely good. The staff provided assistance with El Nido tours and answered all queries we had while ensuring that we get to enjoy our tour around El Nido. Hats off to the reception for really minding us very well. They are the best! We are so grateful of their recommendations. We really had a great time in El Nido.. big thanks to H Hotel staff!"
