"Beautiful hotel. Rooms are clean and odor free. Staff was nice, one speaks fluent English which was useful. Chinese breakfast with noodles, egg, chia something and rice and dumpling (just let her know if you want it spicy or not, or without meat). K1 bus is 10 minutes walk to the junction, it takes you to the Buddha area. 601 bus should be across the street to Emeishan (but probably moved due to construction, just take the 9 3-4 stops down) payable in cash. Internet was ok, a bit weak a night There are calligraphy sets in every floor. And good tea.."

"This garden-style hotel is quiet and beautiful, with fantastic service. The high-speed rail pick-up and drop-off service is a major highlight. It's right next to Baoguo Temple, and the scenic shuttle bus up the mountain is also very close, which is incredibly convenient. The twin room had two 1.35m beds, which was a prerequisite for my choice. It would be even better if the hot spring had a changing room service. The breakfast buffet was also great. I'll definitely come back next time!"

"The hotel is near the famous mountains in the world, close to the high-speed rail station and the scenic spot, and there are many things to eat and play. The room is very large, the small refrigerator is very practical, the facilities are very new, the mattress is good, the sheets and quilts are also very comfortable, and the room is cleaned very clean! The front desk lady provided very good service, introduced us to the guide of Mount Emei, and was very patient and nice! She also upgraded our room for free, which was very considerate!"

"Extremely satisfied with my stay! The front desk staff were warm and attentive, and check-in/check-out was very efficient. The hotel environment is quiet, the soundproofing is excellent, and the bedding is comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. I'll definitely choose this place again next time! Also, a special shout-out to the hotel's shuttle driver! I accidentally left my insulated water bottle in the car, and after discovering it, the driver, without a moment's hesitation, took time out of his busy schedule to personally deliver it to me at the high-speed rail station. "The hotel we stayed in really made me feel good! As soon as I arrived at the hotel, the front desk staff greeted me warmly, the check-in speed was super fast, and I carefully recommended fun places and delicious restaurants around me, which made people relax at once. The room was clean and tidy, there was no smell, the bedding was soft, and it was like being wrapped in clouds and sleeping well. The facilities in the house are also very complete, TV, air conditioning, hot water bottles, etc., are very easy to use, the design of the wet and dry separation of the bathroom is also very intimate, there will be no wet trouble at all. The location of the hotel is superb and there are various foods around, and the taste is so far that I can't forget it. The price/performance ratio has nothing to say, the service and environment of this hotel are definitely among the best in the same price. If I go to Mount Emei next time, this hotel must be my first choice!"

"A very comfortable family-friendly hotel. Each room has a private hot spring, and it was truly wonderful to just relax and stare at the lake. The family rooms come with small bathrobes and children's toiletries, and the decor throughout is full of playful touches. "I arrived at 11 AM and they let me check in right away, which was great. However, even though I arrived at 11 AM, the front desk girl assigned me to Building 2! This was the most unsatisfactory part of my stay, so much so that I almost complained about her. I booked a room with a terrace specifically for the view, and instead, I got a view that looked like a cemetery. Thankfully, Little Liu later helped me change rooms, and that was much better. During my stay, both the security guards and the cleaning staff had excellent attitudes. The hot spring was also quite good."

"The next door exclusive pool room was still available so I moved there. The room was big enough for a party and the bed was also very big. The bedding was hygienic, but the hygiene of some parts of the room needed to be improved. The hotel is very conveniently located, with Jiaxing Road Food Street downstairs."

This time, I came to Chengdu for business and made sure to stay here for a day. Everything is still as thoughtful and welcoming as ever. The kind lady in the kitchen who always smiles, the young woman who handles transfers – they all treated us like family, making us feel right at home. I especially missed their chicken soup, and I got to enjoy it! Finishing the day with a hot spring bath was just perfect.

HHannauroraStaying at PureCloud was a really good experience. The staff were warm and welcoming. The hotel also provided a pickup and drop-off service. When we arrived at the hotel, the staff were kind and helpful, even recommending and arranging visits to several places for us. The hotel's restaurant also served delicious meals, which were quite spicy, but they could adjust the spice level to our preference, so don't worry—just ask the chef. Overall, everyone here was really helpful, and I highly recommend this place to others.

GGuest UserThe hotel is located relatively near to Emeishan High Speed Rail Station and the hotel conveniently provides pick up and drop off service upon guests' request, though Mandarin communication skills may be required. It is however possible to contact the hotel through the Trip.com message portal to arrange the pick up service. The room was very pleasant and well furnished with amenities. My only gripe is the toiletries provided (soap, shampoo, conditioner and body lotion) are limited in small bottles and had to be carefully rationed. They also provide free breakfast which I found to be quite satisfactory, though don't expect a Western continental breakfast. Got to try chaoshou wontons and corn leaf wrapped Baba for the first time, so that was good. You can ask to copy Buddhist scripture in the dining hall or they can send the kit to your room at your leisure. The public hot spring was under maintenance, but it was satisfactory enough to use the private hot spring in my room. Overall a very lovely stay. Staff are also very helpful in recommending the sites, attractions, food and how to get around, though Mandarin again required.

GGuest UserWe had a 3d2n stay at the 绿竹 guestroom and experience was very enjoyable. The room was comfy, clean, and the service was impeccable. Food (both breakfast and dinner) were extremely tasty. The hotel is located away from the hustle of the touristy area and provided a sense of serenity, an escape from the crowds, shrowded among mist and forest. Transport to-fro the 五显冈 bus station was provided and they were very responsive to messages on WeChat. Highly recommended 整体体验非常棒！ 服务周到、 食物好吃、客房舒服干净。 世外桃源。

Just finished my trip to the Cloud-Kissed Golden Summit, and this hotel provided a comfort far beyond my expectations. The environment is elegant, surrounded by mountains and a lake. Waking up to the misty lake in the morning created a perfectly serene atmosphere. Dining: The breakfast offered a wide variety and was delicious. Saturday's buffet dinner, with its seafood and specialty dishes, felt very thoughtfully put together. Facilities: The private hot spring was a highlight. The water quality was excellent, and the privacy was superb – truly a godsend for relaxing tired muscles after a hike. Service: The staff were warm and attentive, handling every detail with great care. From its location and environment to the service, everything was impeccable. I had a very comfortable stay and highly recommend it!

MMiaozuI was a little nervous when booking the room because it said the bunk beds for children were 1.1 meters wide. However, in the room we stayed in, the lower bunk was 1.5 meters and the upper bunk was 1.1 meters. Our two younger children slept on the lower bunk, and the oldest fit perfectly on the upper bunk. The kids were very happy with the room. We also received a fruit platter with fresh, pre-washed apples and pears. The best part was that the room rate included hot spring access for four people, making it an excellent value for money. I honestly don't think you can find a hotel of this quality and price in the Chongqing area. We're planning to come back for the May Day holiday or summer vacation. On the second day of our stay, the hotel even had parent-child activities in the morning. There were also some outdoor play areas for children, but we didn't have time to try them out because we were rushing to go hiking. The lobby manager was also exceptionally kind, guiding us all the way to our building. The breakfast definitely deserves the highest praise. Our whole family thought it was incredibly rich and diverse. My oldest even took photos and posted them on WeChat Moments, making his classmates envious and joking that 'dogs don't deserve to eat so well.' Parking was convenient too.

GGuest UserThe perfect accommodation for relaxing in the mountains and visiting Mt Emei as a foreigner. Our villa had a beautiful view, lots of space and was very clean and modern. Our highlight was the hot tub on our balcony fed by fresh spring water. The hotel is very helpful and offers all the services you need. Their driver picked us up and dropped us off at the Emeishan high speed rail station for free (the hotel is a 20 minute drive away in the mountains). For an additional small fee, they also transported us to and from the Mt Emei shuttle bus service (20 minute drive away). The meals were very good. We were provided good breakfast (noodles and platter of fruits, vegetables eggs etc) and bought dinner both nights. If you are a foreigner staying here, recommend that you bring extra cash as we had some difficulty paying with our foreign card on Alipay. Also be prepared with your translation app if you don't speak Chinese. Very happy with our choice!

MM754724****I stayed near Baoguo Temple during my trip to Mount Emei this time. This hotel is quite reputable and very convenient for getting around, located just 100 meters from the Baoguo Temple tourist bus terminal, making it easy to find. The staff even gave me a free upgrade to a room with a bright window. The room was spacious, and the bathroom had a separate wet and dry area with both dry and wet slippers provided. The hotel actually has an indoor hot spring bath, which was quite clean; I even saw staff draining and scrubbing the pool in the morning. Breakfast was mainly Chinese, and although simple, at least I got a hot meal before heading out to explore, which was reassuring. I'm very satisfied with the price, considering its good location, breakfast, separate wet and dry bathroom, and comfortable bedding. I'm truly content.
