"This is my third stay here, and it's always my go-to hotel whenever I visit Leshan. The interior design is very stylish, and it's super clean. The breakfast is delicious! The pillows and duvets are so comfortable; I always get a great night's sleep. This time, I booked a family room for three with my elders, and everyone was really happy with it. The hotel's location is excellent, very close to the Shihao commercial area, with plenty of great food options nearby. It's also really convenient for getting to all the attractions. The staff are all very warm and attentive. A truly fantastic experience!"

"The next door exclusive pool room was still available so I moved there. The room was big enough for a party and the bed was also very big. The bedding was hygienic, but the hygiene of some parts of the room needed to be improved. The hotel is very conveniently located, with Jiaxing Road Food Street downstairs."

There are plenty of family-friendly activities every day, and we even caught a bonfire party on Saturday during the winter, which everyone thoroughly enjoyed! This hotel had high ratings online, so I booked a room. When we arrived, I found the lobby environment to be just okay, but once we got upstairs, I realized I hadn't made a wrong choice. The location is also excellent, with a food street right downstairs, making it very convenient for meals. The room itself is very spacious, and it even has a large soaking tub, which was wonderfully relaxing. We had originally booked three standard rooms, but seeing our family structure, Manager Wan proactively said, 'Rooms are tight during Chinese New Year, so we're upgrading and adjusting your rooms.' He pays attention to details; he turns 'service' into genuine 'care.' Over the next two days, Manager Wan's 'care' was evident in every little detail. He looked after the elderly, was thoughtful with our child, and catered to our needs with such meticulous attention that we felt a profound sense of warmth and homeliness. Every day, fresh milk was delivered to our room. When we left, everyone was reluctant to go and looked forward to visiting again! Finally, I want to say a big thank you to the entire team at Lingxiu Hot Spring Hotel for their thoughtful care! We've stayed in many hotels during Chinese New Year, but Lingxiu Hot Spring Hotel's service truly made us feel 'at home.' Especially Manager Wan – he isn't just a 'manager'; he's more like a 'family member.' He remembered the habits of the elderly, understood the child's preferences, and kept every request to heart. If you're bringing elderly family members and children to Mount Emei, you must choose Lingxiu Hot Spring Hotel. "Imagine a natural radon hot spring paired with an infinity pool – how picturesque is that! The guesthouse is nestled in its own private valley, ensuring ultimate privacy with no other guests around. The design of the infinity pool is absolutely stunning and makes for incredible photos! The hotel's butler service was incredibly thoughtful. On the day we arrived, there was unexpected road construction nearby, making it impossible for our car to drive in. The hotel staff contacted us throughout to arrange a temporary parking spot, and our butler provided full pick-up and drop-off service, going above and beyond to solve the issue. They even noticed us taking photos and proactively offered props like teacups. Our suite also featured a private hot spring, perfect for families with children. We received complimentary welcome fruits and red wine. The toiletries were Malin+Goetz, and many small details in the room were designed for comfort, meeting a five-star standard. Overall, the experience was incredibly comfortable. I was thoroughly satisfied with everything, from the hot springs and the environment to the service."
