"Nice hotel in the new city, not far from the Insurance market station.
The check-in at 1030pm took a bit longer.
The room is facing the avenue, and can enjoy the sunrise from the balcony.
No AC/exhaust in the bathroom.
The bed is very short and soft.
Breakfast selection is good, only the water quality is not acceptable. Don't drink tea.
THey offer shuttle service to the Emirates Mall, subway station and also to the beach.
Good value for the money"
"I booked a single-bedroom studio for a 2-night stay at Asma Al Barsha Hotel Apartments, mainly because I saw attractive swimming pool views on social media and was looking forward to using both the gym and pool facilities.
At the time of booking and even during check-in, the reception staff informed me that these facilities were included in my package, which I was already aware of. However, they did not mention the pool timing restrictions. As it is the beginning of summer in the United Arab Emirates, I planned to swim around 9:30 PM when the weather is more comfortable and ideal for photos or videos. Unfortunately, only after going up to the rooftop did I see a notice stating that the pool is open only from 9 AM to 9 PM. This timing is not practical considering the high humidity during daytime in this region.
Additionally, the gym is managed by a third party, which was not clearly communicated. After check-in, basic items like slippers are not provided immediately—you need to call reception and wait around 20–30 minutes.
Regarding parking, it was mentioned that parking is available. However, I arrived using an electric scooter, which is quite common and practical in areas like Al Barsha. There were no facilities to charge electric scooters, and I ended up wasting more than 3 hours trying to find a solution.
Another inconvenience is the lack of designated smoking areas within the building. The property has 6 floors, but there is no smoking room or zone on any floor. Guests must go outside the building to smoke. This becomes especially inconvenient because the room access card is required to operate the lift. If one person leaves with the card, the room loses power, leaving the other occupant without electricity.
On a positive note, during my stay, I interacted with three different receptionists. Among them, a Sri Lankan staff member working the day shift stood out for her genuine hospitality, friendly attitude, and prompt service.
Overall, while the room and basic facilities were satisfactory, there are several areas where management can improve guest convenience and communication."
"On a business trip to Dubai, this hotel is super convenient as it's very close to my office. It's also near Palm Jumeirah, so I can go for a run in the mornings, which is great. I definitely recommend staying here, especially if you work in Internet City. The accommodations are good, and the front desk staff are really friendly and welcoming; I've gotten to know them quite well."
"The location is good
The parking is free for guests but very limited space and very tiny Not clean and there is bad smell
The hotel is nice but they need to care more about the cleanness
There is no room services
But housekeeping is helpful when you ask something.
I checked in at 10 pm so I asked for late check out and they still weak me up at 11 am, and even after confirming my request thy keep calling"
"The hotel's location on Sheikh Zayed Road is excellent. It's conveniently close to Mall of the Emirates, an 11-minute drive to Dubai Hills Mall, and 15 minutes to Dubai Mall. However, while the furniture is in good condition, it feels quite dated, and the bathroom and kitchen facilities also show their age. The gym is excellent and spotlessly clean, as is the pool, which also boasts a great location."
"Really enjoyed my stay here. The hotel itself is nice, but the staff are what made it fantastic—they were so helpful the whole time.
The amenities are standard but everything was clean and in good order. The location worked well for me: you're sort of between the Marina and downtown. Each is about a 20-minute taxi ride away, which I preferred over figuring out the metro. A real highlight is the restaurant's terrace off the lobby—a perfect spot for morning coffee or an evening drink."
"Kindly Improve on the amenities especially toiletries - for instance, a toothbrush is a very basic but essential provision that won't impact the bottom line - to enhance customer experience."
"It was quite unexpected that the hotel was in such excellent condition. I genuinely enjoyed everything—the rooms were spotless. I requested a non-smoking room, and that's exactly what I got. The slippers and towels were fresh, everything was in its place, and I felt very comfortable throughout my stay. I love its 'old-school' style; everything feels solid, made of 'lots of wood and stone.' The breakfasts are very generous, and there's a terrace. The pool water is pleasant and not chlorinated. I definitely recommend this hotel for your stay! For those interested, there's a Russian-speaking staff member named Dovlet, who speaks Russian very well."
"This is my 4th time staying in this hotel and this time was the longest, happy with the service of the staff, I just love how convenient the location and the staffs are great"

Amazing
AAnonymous UserFrom the moment we contacted JW Marriott Marquis Dubai before our trip until the day we checked out, the service was outstanding. We had requested a baby crib in advance, and the team went above and beyond by surprising our daughter with balloons, a personalized coloring book, and adorable camel plush toys. It was such a thoughtful gesture that made our stay extra special.
Every evening, we returned to chocolate-covered dates in our room, and the hotel even prepared little surprises for the parents as well. The room was spacious, with a large bathroom, plenty of closet space, a comfortable sofa, excellent amenities, and a fantastic view.
What impressed us most was the genuine care and attention to detail from the staff. This is one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at, and I would happily recommend it to anyone visiting Dubai.
AAnonymous UserThe services at Jumeirah are attentive and considerate, the dishes are delicious and suit Chinese tastes. The three-day stay is full of wonderful memories. If I come to Dubai next time, I will choose Jumeirah.
GGuest UserYou will not be disappointed staying in the Sheraton Grand. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay from the moment I arrived to my departure. The hotel is conveniently located a 15 minutes drive from the airport, and a 5-10 minute walk to the metro which is linked to downtown Dubai, approximately taking 20-30 minutes in total to reach the Burj Khalifa. Breakfast was exceptional, with a very extensive selection, and excellent customer service throughout. All the staff were warm, welcoming and attentive. Beautiful rooftop pool and great gym. I would definitely stay here again.
GGuest UserI stayed this hotel for 3 nights with my family, the service here is excellent. I rent a car for this trip and they offered valet parking service. The hotel is closed to the monorail station but I haven't take the rail transportation this time, its overall in a good location with easy access to many tourists points in Dubai. The room is big and buffet breakfast is excellent too.
RReissasaI had a wonderful stay at Atlantis The Royal. The hotel is stunning and feels very luxurious from the moment you arrive. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully designed with an amazing view. The staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. The facilities, pool, and restaurants were all top quality. It was truly a memorable and relaxing experience. I would definitely love to come back again
GGuest UserThe hotel entrance was a bit tricky to locate, requiring a turn into a small side street. However, the excellent service and spacious rooms, perfect for family travel, truly stood out. For first-timers to Dubai, the night view from the room is a significant highlight, showcasing the city's most vibrant main roads and architecture. Its prime location also means most attractions are easily accessible. Complimentary breakfast is provided, offering a decent selection of classic Western dishes. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel.
OOlik_VoyageExcellent, simple yet comfortable hotel not far from the airport. They had no problem letting us check in early and even moved our breakfast to the day of arrival since we had a late-night departure, all without any fuss.
GGuest UserI had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff were exceptionally kind and accommodating, making my stay truly enjoyable. From the reception team to those assisting with the elevators, everyone was incredibly helpful. I also had a delightful conversation with the Filipino staff, which added a personal touch to my visit. The breakfast offered was not as extensive as anticipated, but it was still enjoyable and of good quality! And the handcrafted coffee, it was a real treat compared to the usual machine-dispensed options—100/10! While it took a little time for the water to warm up in the bathrooms, the room itself was fantastic—definitely a 10/10. Balconies are locked by default for safety, but you can ask the hotel to make it available for you. Only 4-5 mins walk from Jumeirah Beach Residence 1 tram station. I will highly recommend this hotel to friends and family!
Gym, pool, and sauna are available.
MM255441****The environment is great, the service is excellent, and check-in was a breeze. Unlike some hotels that demand a deposit upon arrival, this one doesn't. Plus, it's quite well-equipped; I've stayed in other Dubai hotels that didn't even provide slippers or toiletries, but this one has them. It's also very convenient for getting around and shopping.
GGuest User3 star at a max for Dubai. I guess having a club enhances the star rating but this is not to say it is poor, but rooms need upgrading.
It serves a specific client group, this definitely defeats the Accor Standards and not good enough of management to say “well they are 90% of our guest”.
I choice to say as the price ratio was good for the night but if the stay was longer I would have ran away!
Would I come back, not likely unless Accor Head office does some serious head banging!
