The hotel is conveniently located right next to the North Scenic Area gate, making it an easy walk to the entrance. This was incredibly convenient for visiting the mountain, and we also got to use the scenic area's VIP green channel, saving a lot of time queuing – a real stress-reducer for our travels. The room was clean, tidy, and spacious, with soft, skin-friendly bedding. Opening the window, we had a beautiful view of the forest and mountains. The entire room had ample heating, making our stay in the cold Changbai Mountain exceptionally warm and comfortable. The hotel's biggest highlight is its direct access to the natural volcanic hot spring from Julongquan. There are over thirty indoor and outdoor pools that you can enjoy unlimited times. Soaking in the outdoor hot springs on a snowy day, with the contrast of ice and fire, melted away all our travel fatigue. The front desk and cleaning staff were warm, thoughtful, and efficient with check-in. The buffet breakfast offered a rich variety of both Chinese and Western options. The overall environment, surrounded by a pristine forest, is tranquil and elegant. It's perfectly suited for both family trips and leisure vacations. I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Changbai Mountain."

"Staying at this hotel during Chinese New Year was such a heartwarming experience! They offer a shuttle service to and from the high-speed rail station, and the owner is incredibly kind and genuine. It was difficult to get a taxi during the holiday, so he personally drove us to the Changbai Mountain Tourist Reception Center and even called us in the evening to see if we needed a pick-up. We had a lot of luggage and wanted to mail some of it home, but couldn't during the New Year period. The owner graciously offered to mail it for us after the holiday, free of charge. On New Year's Eve, he even specially prepared some food for us – it truly felt like home for the holidays. The room was clean and tidy, making our stay comfortable and worry-free. Choosing this place was the luckiest part of our trip. Definitely five stars, we'll certainly stay here again next time!"

"I genuinely want to give this place a full five stars from the bottom of my heart. The moment I walked in: you could say it's American style, but it also has a vintage feel – I just really love it. The sofas and chairs are all tasteful, the selection of items is truly excellent, and even the kids' bathroom in the lobby looks great. Service: On the day we checked in, there might have been kids running around upstairs, which somewhat affected our rest. The front desk staff member, without a second thought, immediately helped me change rooms! One day, the elevator had an issue, and the staff member personally carried two suitcases down for me – truly appreciative! So, we took the stairs and discovered that the stairwell's decor was very well done and meticulously crafted, definitely not rough around the edges. Eating and drinking are super convenient right outside the hotel, and if you're going out for sightseeing, the shuttle service is also very convenient. Facilities: Because it's a family-friendly hotel, the snacks in the fridge are perfect for kids, including Pororo. The breakfast is quite good, clean and tidy, and the variety is decent! What's most comforting is that the service aunties and chefs are dressed uniformly and neatly, always maintaining a smile! We all agreed that this training is truly 'Accor-level'. The bathroom in the room is separated wet and dry, and another great point is that the wall by the TV has hooks everywhere, which is perfect for hanging all sorts of clothes, pants, and hats – a pile of clothes used for going out! The design is truly brilliant! One more thing: because it was snowing outside, guests would often track snow in, making the floor dirty. However, the aunties here must be very diligent, as the floor was almost always spotless! This shows how much attention they pay to detail. Overall, it gives you the impression of being very detailed, small but exquisite!"

"I just brushed this homestay, because the price is not high, I have the mentality of giving it a try, the result is really good value for money, super good! The homestay has an elevator, we are driving by ourselves, parking is very convenient! The house is fully equipped, in addition to a large bed, there is a comb bed, bath towels are disposable, clean, electric toilet curtains, refrigerator washing machine, bathroom dry and wet separation, TV can also cast screen! Self-check-in, the business attitude is also very good, highly recommended! ! ! ! ! !"

"Highly recommended. Spacious and very clean rooms, with an exceptionally warm and welcoming owner. The overall vibe is amazing—you can really feel the care and effort put into this guesthouse. Nightly fireworks with complimentary sparklers create a wholesome, memorable experience. Great coffee (slightly pricey but worth it) and a complimentary savoury breakfast. Note: food delivery takes about 60–65 minutes, though there are many 24-hour food options and massage parlours within 1km. They also provide you with some small craft art, and a small gift when you check out! Booking comes with free breakfast & a warm nice dessert soup! Appreciate the kind thoughts of the owner. Experience it yourself, won’t regret booking them."

"The room quality was excellent. The owner was almost *too* enthusiastic, but it was clear they genuinely cared and wanted to make sure I didn't get a raw deal, haha. The housekeeping staff were also wonderful; they'd enthusiastically help with any questions, even if the front desk didn't know the answer. And of course, the front desk attendant was a beautiful, gentle, and quite quirky young lady – a real sweetheart! She seemed to be constantly snacking, always eating. The room had a full smart home system, with Xiaodu proving very convenient. It was also very clean and well-equipped."

"The environment is great, with plenty of attractions nearby, making it super convenient! You can even watch the rime ice from your room every morning – it's truly beautiful and worth every penny! The owner arranged the entire itinerary perfectly for you, both reasonable and affordable!"

"The room is so so cute. It was a really nice and comfortable stay. The room has all that one needs and it’s practical and functional. The beddings are clean and comfortable. The design is well thought out. I enjoy spending time there. Tianchi was not open the whole time I was there so I spent a bit more time in the room and it’s nice! The owner and family are very friendly and helpful as well. They help as much as they can even though I asked so many questions. They’re quite attentive to their guests. I was a bit down because of Tianchi but they made it a good time nonethelss! I bought breakfast separately for the days I want to eat and they have nice sets of breakfast. There is a washing machine and a dryer and they’re quite busy. Still, it’s very convenient. The location is in walking distance to the Reindeer park, duck park, and distribution center too. So that’s a plus. It’s about 1-1.5 km away from the busy streets and the food. If you can’t hail a ride, it’s still possible to walk (though it’s very cold). It was a lovely stay and I loved the place!"

The biggest surprise was the huge projection screen in the room; watching movies on the sofa at night created an amazing ambiance, truly like having a private cinema. The details were also very well done, with stylish lighting design and warm yellow lights making the whole room feel cozy and healing. The bathroom was clean and tidy, and the toiletries were complete, so there was nothing to worry about. The front desk service was also very thoughtful, and check-in and check-out were quick and efficient. The location was also very convenient, making it easy to get around and find food. All in all, it was a fantastic stay with excellent value for money. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm here. Highly recommend!"
