"Good hotel which located near the Sapporo station. I stayed there for 6D5N and it was snowing for a couple of days. So staying near the subway and APIA was important to us. There’s a public Onsen bath and open lounge for guests so it was good. A couple of downside was that there was some smell in the washroom, not sure if from the gutter or bathtub. And another thing was that the bedsheet was a bit uncomfortable compared to other Keio hotel. All in all a decent hotel for any tourists that wanted to stayed in central Sapporo area."

"I booked this hotel three months in advance. Taking the bus from Sapporo directly to Shiraishi Waterfall Station was much more convenient than taking the subway and then finding a shuttle. The hotel was meticulously cleaned, and we waited until 3:30 PM for check-in. The buffet dinner was good, but the breakfast wasn't as lavish as at The Windsor Hotel Toya. We caught a heavy snowfall, and soaking in the outdoor onsen was amazing. There was a harp performance, and the surrounding area was also nice to explore."

"Location: It's about a ten-minute walk from Sapporo Station. It was a bit of a hassle dragging my luggage in the snow at night when I didn't know the way, but it was easy to find my way in the morning. It's quite close to Odori Park and also convenient for catching the bus to the ski resorts. Service: The front desk staff, whether speaking Chinese, Japanese, or English, were all very attentive. They asked detailed questions and were prompt and helpful with booking taxis. Room: Not particularly large, and opening a suitcase was a bit difficult, but the king-size bed and mountain view made up for it, which I found acceptable. Cleanliness: I didn't notice any uncomfortable dirty spots. Dining: The breakfast was excellent, offering everything you'd expect. Even during the peak Chinese New Year period, it wasn't chaotic. The service in the restaurant was great, though the restaurant's front desk staff seemed a little irritable."

"The accommodation is not far from the train station, and the garden view is absolutely beautiful and very impressive. The room is very spacious and extremely clean. The staff are very kind and friendly. From the accommodation, it’s easy to walk to the tourist areas, and even Sapporo is not far on foot. Transportation is very convenient, the view is great, and there are many restaurants and convenience stores nearby. The surrounding atmosphere is peaceful and truly relaxing."

"5-10 minutes walk to eateries and shops and subway, next to hotel is Lawson convenient store. Staff efficient and provides fast service. I find the downside is you can only shower inside bathtub which is inconvenient to small kids and elderly, and you cant eat and drink in hotel lobby so cabt chill in lobby with families, and there is no Type C charger so you must use travel adapter. Water dispenser is not available in lobby and not at every floor, you must go certain floor to fill up water and only cold water is available (no hot water). Also mattresses are hard."

"This hotel is quite affordable for Jozankei, though it doesn't have private onsen. The hotel itself is a bit old, but the rooms are spacious enough. Booking the bus from Sapporo to Jozankei was convenient, and we saw many Japanese seniors staying there. The breakfast and dinner buffets offered a good variety of fruits and vegetables, and everything was pretty tasty. It was also very convenient for my trip to Sapporo Kokusai Ski Resort. Recommended!"

"Do NOT choose this hotel for skiing!! Unless it's half the price during the same period, I'll never pick this place again. Prioritize other hotels with shuttle buses to Otaru Station. First, the location: This is Otaru-Chikko Station, two stops away from Otaru Station. The nearest convenience store is a 10-minute walk outside. Although there's a mall downstairs, its operating hours are 10:00 AM - 8:00 PM, which is the only time you can use the indoor passage. Most restaurants close around 7 PM, so it's really inconvenient to find food after skiing. Second, it's really old! The carpet in my room type was dirty, the bed was rock hard, and the pillow felt like a worn-out cotton pillow – small and flat. The worst part is that after sleeping, my head developed small bumps and became very itchy!! I don't know if it was fleas, but it made me scratch my head for the next few days. The hygiene is truly concerning. This hotel has no coin-operated washing machines or laundry rooms, only individual dry cleaning, which is very expensive. This is super inconvenient for skiers staying for an extended period. frankly, the only good thing about this hotel is the room size; everything else is a huge letdown."

"We stayed two nights at the end of October in room 103. We booked a hotel transfer, which took us from Sapporo to a hotel in the village. After a few hours of waiting, we were taken by transfer to our hotel because we arrived early. While we waited, we were able to enjoy the amenities of a large hotel in the chain. We checked in around three o'clock, and upon check-in, we were given the choice of dinner and breakfast times. The food was brought in a large container and left in a special compartment. Dinner was the same both times: two hotpot broths, four types of meat, a plate of vegetables, a bowl of noodles with spices, several appetizers, and dessert. The meat was delicious and varied, including pork and several types of beef, which you have to cook yourself in the broth. Breakfast every day included yogurt, fresh coffee, milk, several different servings of jam, boiled eggs, soup, and salad. On the first day, we were given a creamy bun and a plain bun (one for each), and on the second day, a large loaf of still-warm bread. Unlimited snacks and drinks are available in the lobby: soda, beer, and spirits. Both options are very filling, enough for a day. The room is large and spacious, with a spacious balcony with two chairs for enjoying the views, and large windows near the beds. There's a mini-fridge, small snacks, and a complimentary bottle of wine. There are few outlets, and the only downside is the lack of adapters or ports for charging phones directly, such as USB or Type-C, but we had our own adapter, so it wasn't a big deal. The room has a huge onsen with water (if I'm not mistaken, it's about 73 degrees Celsius). It has a step inside—you can't sit all the way down, just up to your chest. The other half is a stone slab, covered by about 5-10 centimeters of water. It's nice to sit on it if you're too hot to stand in the water. We loved everything; we probably spent six hours in the onsen over two days; it was so nice and cozy. It was sad to leave. Thank you for your hospitality! We'll try to come back again."

"The hotel's location near Shin-Osaka Station is incredibly convenient for buses, Shinkansen, and subways. It was a thoughtful touch that they offered free umbrellas downstairs on a rainy day, no registration needed. Plus, there are plenty of dining options right downstairs."
