"I am very pleased with my recent stay in PullMan Zhoushan Seaside from 3-7 April 2026. The check in was fuss free and the overall experience was fantastic. The staff are all very friendly and helpful and didn’t show a single bit of impatient. The housekeeper lady was very very helpful and even she knows I didn’t want to have my room cleaned, she still offer to give me my shortage of amenities eg water, toilet roll and etc. the hotel even have a shuttle service to the ferry terminal and leave the hotel right on time, the driver - however was not very patient and throughout the whole journey to the ferry, he was horning non stop and drove the shuttle bus like as if he’s driving a F1. Regardless, I had a very pleasant and super experience staying here and will not hesitate for anyone to stay in this hotel if visiting Zhoushan. Thank you to all staff for their friendly service, this actually warmth and helped travelers like me, rest and stay in peace and happiness."

"The bed was super comfy, and they even provided two types of pillows, which were also great! We arrived late, past 11 PM, from Ningbo High-Speed Railway Station and hadn't had dinner. To my surprise, the hotel offered complimentary millet porridge. It was a thoughtful touch and hit the spot! The overall environment is really nice. It's also a quick taxi ride, about 8 RMB, to Wugongsi Pier."

"This is a newly opened, trendy sea-view guesthouse in Zhujiajian, Putuo. Perched on a cliffside along Zhangzhou Road, it leverages Zhoushan Putuo's island tourism resources to create a sea-view accommodation that combines leisure, relaxation, and family fun, making it a new hotspot in Zhujiajian. The large floor-to-ceiling windows in the rooms are the main highlight. You can gaze out at the azure sea and green mountains right from your bed, watching boats slowly sail across the water. In the evening, the sunset paints the sea in a warm orange hue, creating a lovely ambiance. The ancient ship installation in the lobby echoes the island theme, and the public areas are open and spacious, perfect for capturing that island vacation vibe in every photo."

"The second stay stemmed from the good impression of breakfast at the first time of check-in, and the room rate was medium. This time I booked for two days. The next night, I sang with my cousin. I went back to the room a little later, about ten o'clock, and then took a bath. I encountered water cold, waited for a long time, and then I was still cold. Because of the late night, I had changed my clothes and called the repairman. It was inconvenient, but I had no choice but to bite my teeth and take a cold bath... When I washed on the second day, there was hot water, there was an emergency, and I didn’t complain. Directly retired the room. Summary: Hot water belongs to the infrastructure, this grade of hotel, this kind of problem should not occur."

"An incredibly delightful island getaway! The free room upgrade was such a bonus~ I was so lucky to have chosen Zhoushan Yuelu Resort Hotel for my trip to Zhoushan this time! The front desk staff were incredibly generous and upgraded my room for free, a pleasant surprise that doubled my travel happiness~ The upgraded room completely exceeded my expectations; it was spacious, airy, and well-laid out without feeling cramped. It would be comfortable for both solo travelers and families. My favorite part was the scenic balcony. Opening the window allowed me to breathe in the fresh island air, with mountain views and village scenery stretching out before me. All the basic amenities in the room were complete, making my stay convenient and comfortable. The cleanliness was also excellent, with attention to detail evident. The only minor drawback is its relatively secluded location, with not many commercial facilities nearby. However, it's very convenient if you're driving, and it's not far from nearby attractions by car, which somewhat compensates for this. Overall, it offers excellent value for money, and both the service and the living experience are highly commendable."

"180° Sea View King Room (180° curved floor-to-ceiling glass + sunrise view) ＞| Couples travel The hotel is close to the Zhujiajian Strait Bridge, and is very close to Zhoushan Putuo Airport and Putuo Mountain Scenic Area. Check-in was pretty quick. We booked a 180-degree sea view room. The room was on a relatively high floor with a great view, facing the sea and the Zhujiajian Scenic Area opposite. It's so beautiful to look at the sea through the floor-to-ceiling windows. The hotel service was also good. The front desk lady, Xiao Wang, was warm and polite, leaving us with a good impression. I will stay at Shenjiamen again next time."

The food and drinks in the lounge were excellent. The afternoon tea offered a rich and refined selection, including desserts, fresh fruit, and freshly ground coffee. The desserts were delicate and not overly sweet, and the drink options were diverse, far exceeding expectations. The evening happy hour was even more delightful, with a wide variety of hot dishes, snacks, and beverages. The food was fresh, delicious, and plentiful, easily satisfying all my dining needs. The handmade ramen, prepared by a chef, was wonderfully springy. It was great to enjoy such satisfying meals without having to go out. Aries, a staff member in the lounge, provided attentive service. She was proactively warm, responsive, and promptly refilled water and cleared plates. Her service was considerate yet unobtrusive, always maintaining a professional and gentle attitude, taking attentive service to the highest level. In addition, the hotel's location was excellent, with convenient transportation and well-developed surrounding facilities, making it ideal for both business travel and leisure. The check-out process was also efficient and quick, without any complicated procedures. The entire stay was smooth and pleasant. This stay, from the environment, rooms, and service to the core executive lounge experience, had no shortcomings. It truly made me feel at home.
