On our way to our apartment in Spain, we always spend the last night before arrival at this hotel. It's getting older and could use a bit of investment and love. The hallways and rooms are a bit dated, and it shows. The air conditioning only cools after several hours and makes a noise like a helicopter pad (Room 206). The bathrooms have some black mold in the shower, as they don't seem to be cleaned thoroughly. The hotel's location is very good, as it's not too far from the AP7. There's plenty of green space around the hotel for our dogs, and adequate restaurants are within walking distance.

They had no parking. AC doesn't get cold enough. Soap and shampoo was tiny and hard to open.

Great little hotel in Olerdola
My stay in Hotel Basic was pretty good. Staff was great and super friendly. The room was very comfortable, nothing fancy but the mattress was probably the best I’ve ever slept on in a hotel. Recommended.
